"Booked the journey and was called later that day by the company to see if I could delay collection by fifteen minutes. I explained I couldn’t. They then arrived 40 minutes late. The driver explained he had to clean the car but the call centre said it was traffic.
The driver eventually explained it was a case of too many calls to attend to. "
