Good communication for both elements of the journey, telling me when they would arrive, which car it would be etc. Could not fault them
Am not happy at being charged £117 for a return trip, and then getting a text after each journey telling me the cost was £39. That means the cost of using the booking firm was 50% of the cost - the same price as a journey of 37 miles. Am assuming that is due to Taxicode, not Empire Cars
Also worth noting that you will not get a full refund for any cancelled journey, the most is 55% if you cancel more than 30 days in advance. Who books a taxi that far ahead?"
